At the core, you’ll find a strong steel base, followed by high-performance insulation. Choose from advanced Intellicore® polyurethane or polystyrene options for maximum warmth, quiet, and energy savings. Another layer of steel adds strength, and the whole door is topped with a composite overlay that captures the classic carriage house look.

Every Coachman® door features a rust-prevention system with hot-dipped galvanized steel, protective coatings, and a baked-on finish for long-lasting color. Maintenance stays simple with a replaceable vinyl bottom seal that keeps out drafts and water. Safety is built in, too, thanks to the patented Safe-T-Bracket® and heavy-duty hardware. Removable window grilles make cleaning a breeze, and all insulated models use smooth-gliding nylon rollers and tough 14-gauge steel hinges for reliable operation year after year.
