A smooth composite overlay adds the carriage house look and resists dents, warping, and the effects of weather. Choose optional 1-5/8" polystyrene insulation to keep your garage more comfortable, providing an R-value of 6.3 for added energy savings.

Durability comes standard thanks to Clopay’s multi-layer rust-prevention system: a hot-dipped galvanized steel layer, protective metal oxide pre-treatment, plus a baked-on primer and topcoat. The replaceable vinyl bottom weather seal in a rust-free aluminum retainer keeps out drafts, rain, and debris. For peace of mind, every Grand Harbor® includes the Safe-T-Bracket®, designed to prevent injuries if the bottom bracket is ever removed under tension. Removable grilles make cleaning windows a breeze, so your door looks sharp year after year.
