Choose from Intellicore® polyurethane or classic polystyrene insulation. Both options boost energy efficiency, make the door feel sturdy and solid, and help keep your garage quieter.

Durability is built right in. The steel panels are protected by a multi-layer rust-prevention system: hot-dipped galvanizing, metal oxide pretreatment, and a baked-on primer and topcoat all work together to keep the door looking great, year after year. A replaceable vinyl bottom seal in a rust-resistant aluminum retainer blocks out drafts and water, while Clopay’s patented Safe-T-Bracket® adds peace of mind with a unique safety design.

Standard features like heavy-duty 14-gauge steel hinges, smooth 10-ball nylon rollers, and removable window grilles make maintenance easy and performance reliable. Modern Steel™ doors also meet strict air infiltration standards, so you get comfort and efficiency without compromise.
